Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason.

  • The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the Goods or from when a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 business days after we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the Order.

  • Buyer's Remorse Returns: A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns not due to damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise.

Conditions for Returns

For the Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.
  • The Goods have not been used, installed, or damaged.

Non-Returnable Goods:

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Goods that, by nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiration date.
  3. Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  4. Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

  • Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue refunds without proof of delivery or actual receipt of the returned Goods.
